I don't know how credible this report is:

http://www.criticalbench...m/gains/foodpain-3foods

I don't eat any of these anyway

Hexham - Northumberland - Loads of spectacular walks - all I need now are the joints to go with them! :)

Thanks for posting this Paul.

I don't consume any of these either. The style of the whole article, particularly part 2 gave me a good laugh though, it reminded me of those awful announcers on some adverts/ shopping channels!

On the subject of diet- I read somewhere that some substance in chocolate reacts with bacteria in the gut to produce anti inflammatory chemicals. Hasn't worked for me though haha!

Yeah my wife told me that this morning. Apparently it only applies to the very dark varieties

I don't know how credible it is either Paul, but it was interesting.

I have read a bit about trans-fats and from my past reading I only buy butter now for
my husband. I don't use any butter/margarine spreads, and don't eat any of the others.

well non are on my list of eats,

and i'm always sceptical of all things food related to joint pain.

i eat a very healthy well balanced diet, keeps my weight stable, give's me a feel good factor ( but doesn't take any pain anyway )

i would certainly not be taking my very toxic meds if what i eat could mend me .. lol,

agree it looked like a very shoddy ad that might pop up on some shopping channel,

thanks for posting .. always interested to see what's out there.

Suzanne
